I would have used a zero star rating if it had been available!
My order was supposed to be shipped within 4-6 workdays, but it was not. I did not receive any communication indicating that there was a problem with the supplier, i.e., a delay! I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my order, and was informed that it would now be shipped within 5-10 workdays. As I explained to the customer service representative, I chose PhysioSupplies because your delivery was faster than one of your online competitors - who was cheaper! As I am recovering from an ankle injury, this is very upsetting for me. The situation feels as if I have been caught between a rock and a hard place, as I am unsure whether to cancel my order and place it with your competitor or not. REALLY UPSETING!
